Thank you for sharing all of your amazing rainforest work last week! I learned a lot about different rainforest animals by reading some of your work. 🤩🐒🦋🦍🐆
This week is all about famous and significant people. 🧍♀️🧍🧍♂️ I think it is a really interesting week because you can find out about someone you are personally interested in. Perhaps you want to find out about the first man or woman on the moon? Or do some digging on Mary Anning, a fossil hunter? I know a lot of you have been fossil hunting recently! Even if someone is not included on the choices, but you want to find out about them, go ahead!
If you haven't yet done research into our Cumbrian past, you might want to click on the link Famous Cumbrians and find out about a local person. If you have done this research already, you might want to find out about someone else!
If you are using the internet, 💻 choose a kid-friendly search site such as Kiddle, or search within a trusted site like BBC Bitesize or NatGeo Kids. 🌎
It's also National Sports Week 🤸♀️⛹️♂️🚣♀️🚴♀️ Click here for lots of sporting activities you can take part in. It lasts all week so you have plenty of time! 🏊♂️🧘♀️🏌️
