Homework and Spellings

Home learning tasks and spellings are given out on a Wednesday and returned on a Monday. All homework is set as assignments via Microsoft Teams and each child has a purple homework book to record any paper learning.

Spelling is taught 3-4 times per week, using the No Nonsense Spelling Scheme and supplemented with Readiwriter online activities. We cover a variety of spelling patterns and the statutory words for our age group. These can be seen below:
