Shape
We began our shape topic by recapping on our knowledge of various 2D shapes. We worked with our partners to match the name of the shape with an image of the shape.
We had lots of fun today whilst learning more about different shapes. We recapped on sides and learnt about vertices. We all had a turn at putting our hand in a bag and having a go at guessing which shape we had picked up. We used our knowledge of sides and vertices and made some good guesses.
We have been exploring 3D shapes today. We have been counting their faces and their edges.
