Healthy Me
We began the unit by learning the harmful effects of smoking. We did a quiz to test what we know about smoking.
We then thought about why teenagers might drink alcohol and discussed the consequences. We looked at a scenario and thought about how the outcomes would be different if alcohol wasn’t involved.

In our third lesson, we thought about how our reactions could affect different situations. We learned how to perform the recovery position and then discussed in which situations we would use it.
