Gym fit

We performed a fitness circuit including speed bounce, squats, jumping jacks, running, ball roll and beanbag hold. We focussed on improving stamina and discussed how keeping fit improves our health.

Lots of the class were doing a football tournament so there were only 9 of us today but we still tried our best!
