The Youth Sport Trust have been working alongside partners, including Complete PE, to create a range of free resources which are all available on their website. These are grouped into four key sections: PE Home Learning, Active Breaks, 60 Second Challenges and Active Learning. We hope that you find the activities and resources useful.
If you're stuck for ideas of things you can do in your home to keep busy and active click on the link below to visit the Youth Sport Trust website to find the above mentioned sections. The 60 Second Challenges area certainly looks to have some fun ideas of things to do;
Air Balloon Challenge, Bean Bag Throw Challenge, Bunny Jump Challenge, Catch and Clap Challenge, Fast Feet Challenge, Figure of 8 Challenge, Socks in the Box Challenge are just a few listed. There is even a challenge activity tracking sheet that can be downloaded.

Our School Games Organiser is keen to help keep the children active during this time, he has been in touch to say each week he will provide a workout for pupils (and parents) that can be done at home that requires no/limited equipment. If you fancy having a go, here is the first one:
Workout of the week
24 press ups (scale down if necessary-on knees or hands raised on bench)
Run 400m (track using map my run, strava or nike running app, all free to download)
Repeat x6 and record your time!
