This topic focused all about changes. Changes to our body as we grow and changes we’ll encounter. We played a bin the worry game with a solutions alley thinking the change to secondary school.
Healthy Me
Our topic this term focused around a healthy body and healthy mind. Our JIGSAW pieces included, drugs, exploitation.
We started with some problems and we had to reply as an Agony Aunt with some helpful advice. Learning about the effect different drugs have on our body was interesting and deepened our learning from our heart topic in science,
We heard a story about a young boy and how he became involved in gang activity. Looking for details as out when he could have made different choices.
