Is it possible to be kind all of the time?
We started our R.E topic by discussing what being kind means, who we are kind to and how we are kind to those people. We then used a scenario to discuss if being kind is always easy.
Today we read the story of the Good Samaritan. We used this story to discuss why it is important to be kind to others and thought about how it can be difficult sometimes.
Today, we discussed our big question ‘is it possible to be kind all of the time?’ We talked about times where this may be difficult. We then made a kindness charter to decide what kindness should look like in our school.
