Week 3

Here are some more activities for you to have a look at and try doing if you can. At this point in our learning with the key text we would now take the opportunity to see if the children are able to not only able to retell aspects of the story but if they can describe the key events, settings and characters of the story. If you are at all able to ask the children about the story in this way and upload a video of the discussion to Evidence Me that would be great. 

I hope that you have been enjoying looking at the Very Hungry Caterpillar story together, it is one of my favourites and I have missed not being able to deliver it to the children, Miss Jackson.
