Virtual Choir
Calling all Singers!
We need choir members past, present and future to join us for our new Virtual Choir! SingUp, the website we use for lots of our choir songs, has launched a free Sing Up At Home site. Whether you are already in choir or whether you are new to singing, we would love to hear you!
Song of the Week
Click here to be taken to Sing Up Song of the Week. Each week, videos, lyrics and music will be provided to teach you a new song. The video breaks the song down into chunks to help you learn, just like in choir at school. If you take part in this, please send a video via EvidenceMe to Mrs Holliday, so that she can enjoy your wonderful singing and perhaps put the videos together to make a virtual choir!
What else will I find on Sing Up At Home?
There are lots of fun songs to learn! Although our main choir activity will be the Song of the Week, you can also visit the main site to find:
- Playlists of songs depending on your mood, including:
- Songs linked to KS2 learning topics
- Singing warm-up activities, similar to the ones we use in mini-choir.
- Songs with Makaton or Sign Language tutorials, so you can sign along as you sing!
Remember, singing is great for your mood and energy levels and can inspire others too! We can't wait to see and hear some of your fabulous singing!
