Next we were inspired by Bessie Coleman’s bravery during her pursuit of becoming a pilot and her fantastic stunts.
Amelia Earhart
We then spent time learning about Amelia Earhart and her curiosity of the world including her incredible Atlantic flight and even wrote an eye-witness account from the point of view of the northern Irish locals.
Planes to Rockets
We moved on to learn about the similarities and differences between planes and rockets and had fun making rockets launch 🚀
