Stories with Faraway Settings
We have begun the unit by reading Cloud Tea Monkeys.
We used the text to see what we could learn about each of the characters.
After, we finished the story, we thought about some of the issues raised in it. We used this as an opportunity to learn about Fairtrade.
We then used this to write an information text about Fairtrade.
