Safer Internet Day
This year for safer internet day we looked at what it means to be a critical digital consumer to keep ourselves safe, how to conduct ourselves on social media and what link technology can have our our health to coincide with children's mental health week.
World First Aid Day
We know how important our physical health is and so for World First Aid day we followed the St Johns Ambulance guidance lesson on choking and basic life support. We learnt the correct technique and then had a go imitating it ourselves.

- identify a casualty who is choking
- assess and give first aid to a casualty who is choking
- seek medical help if required.

After following the lesson we are able to:
- to conduct a primary survey
- place an unresponsive casualty, who is breathing normally, in the recovery position
- know when and how to deliver CPR to an unresponsive casualty who is not breathing normally
- can seek medical help
