Kooth
Kooth is a BACP accredited service which provides online emotional wellbeing and counselling support from trained counsellors to children and young people in Cumbria. The service is commissioned by Cumbria County Council and is completely free, safe and anonymous, so young people can seek the support they need without having to disclose their personal information.
Although the service is commissioned for young people aged 11 to 18 years, children can access support on Kooth from the month that they turn 11, so it may be relevant for many year 6 pupils who require emotional wellbeing or counselling support at this time.
