Measuring Mass
We have been looking very carefully at scales and learning how to work out what units a scale is counting up in. We have been using the scales to measure mass in g and kg, and noticing that the hand of the scale goes around in the same way as a clock. Balance scales show a balance or imbalance. We have investigated equivalent mass between objects and weights with different units of measurement.
