Baby Bear's Chair
Our DT project for this term is Baby Bear's Chair. In our first lesson, we discussed the design criteria for our chair including what shapes were the strongest and the most suitable to use.
In this lesson we practiced making several shapes with paper to test their suitability for our product. We also tested different methods of connecting those shapes together to construct our chairs.
This week we worked together to make our baby bear's chair.
In this lesson we tested our chairs. We tested for strength and stability and adapted our designs if they needed to be improved.
