Discussing the reliability of reference texts
We learned about how Wikipedia works then created ‘class wikis’ about our school. We tried to think about how we could set out our non-fiction texts and we tried to cross-reference our information. Mrs Wells added some biased and false information but we were very good at spotting this!
We used what we have learned about reliable sources to research a chosen topic. We are looking forward to writing a factual text using the information we have found.
